Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions and destination. Customers are responsible for all quoted shipping costs. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R1200. For orders under R1200, standard shipping fees start at R150 nationwide.

Shipping Method We primarily use reputable third party carriers like The Courier Guy, Fastway, our own vehicles and others for order fulfillment and delivery. Tracking information will be provided to customers once an order ships.

Expected Transit Time Our standard transit time within South Africa is 3-10 business days from the date your order ships. Remote areas may take longer.

Collect from our store

All products can only be collected from 5 Loch street, Meyerton. There will be no additional charges when you collect in store. We will send you an email when the order is ready for collection, this will usually be within 1-3 days. On collection, a proof of receipt will be expected from the customer.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your good provided the product is in its original condition. Returns of products will be at the expense of the client.

1. Electrical goods are not refundable or returnable.
2. Goods correctly supplied cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. Goods ordered specifically for you cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Goods must be returned within 7 days for a credit.
5. There will be a 25% handling fee on all goods returned.
6. Goods purchased carry a suppliers warranty, claims will be referred to the respective supplier.
7. In order for a return to be honoured the part /item needs to be fitted by an accredited RMI APPROVED workshop.
8. Kotwals will follow up all supplier claims and revert to you pending a suppliers report.

Refunds

Once the product arrives back at Kotwals Motor Spares Meyerton, it will be inspected and if it is found to be in it's original condition, the refund will be processed. Refund can take up to 3 working days to be reflected in the account.
